We’ll look at what you have now — or what people find when they search for you if you don’t have a site — and write back within one business day with what we’d change. No pitch, no proposal.

Sound familiar?

Most small businesses lose work to one of these.

None of them are your fault, and all of them are fixable. If you recognise yours, that’s the thing we’d fix first.

No website at all

People search for you, find nothing, and assume you're gone or not serious. The reviews you've earned sit on Google with nowhere to send anyone.

What we doA site that shows up when they search you, with your reviews and photos on it, in about two to four weeks.

This is me — start a project about no website at all

A dead Google site

Google switched off its free business websites in 2024. If that link is still on your listing, it goes nowhere — and most owners have never been told.

What we doWe replace it with a real site on a domain you own, and point your Google listing at it properly.

Only a Facebook page

It works until the algorithm changes or the account locks. You don't own it, you can't be found on search through it, and it can vanish without warning.

What we doKeep the page — we build the site underneath it, so you own the thing that brings you customers.

A site that no longer loads

The domain lapsed, the host went away, or nobody renewed it. You paid for this once — now it's a dead link or a for-sale page with your name on it.

What we doWe recover the domain if it can be saved, or set up a new one, and get you back online.

Broken on phones

It was built for a desktop a decade ago. Most of your customers are on a phone, pinching to zoom, and leaving.

What we doRebuilt mobile-first, so the phone version is the one we design first, not the afterthought.

Built on

Custom where it counts. Proven everywhere else.

The design, the words, and what your site actually does are built around your business — nothing is dropped into a template. What sits underneath is deliberately ordinary: the same payment, hosting and email systems large companies run on. That is not where you want anything invented.

StripeCard payments

The same payment company behind millions of online checkouts. Your customers' card details go straight to Stripe — they never touch us, and never sit on your site.

VercelHosting

Your site is served from data centres around the world, so it loads fast for your customers and stays up when you get busy.

GoDaddyYour domain

Registered in your name, not ours. You own it outright and can take it anywhere, whoever you work with next.

SupabaseOrders and customers

Your orders and customer records live in a proper backed-up database, not a spreadsheet on someone's laptop.

ResendEmail that arrives

Order confirmations and receipts land in inboxes instead of spam folders, which is harder than it sounds.

We use these tools to build for you — they don’t sponsor or endorse us.

What we do

Build it properly, then keep it working.

A site that launches and is never touched again stops earning within a year. We do both halves — and you can take the first without the second.

One-off

Design & build

  • Custom design — not a template with your logo dropped in
  • Fast and mobile-first, because most of your customers arrive on a phone
  • Built to turn visitors into calls, bookings, or orders
  • Your own domain, hosting, and SSL sorted
  • Copy written for your business, not filler text
Monthly

Marketing & care

  • Google Business Profile set up properly so you show up locally
  • Search groundwork so people can find you without paying per click
  • Content and social kept moving instead of going stale
  • Email that brings past customers back
  • Monthly reporting in plain language — what worked and what changed
How it goes

Three steps, no mystery.

01

Tell us about the business

A short application: what you do, who you serve, and what you want the site to bring in. A couple of minutes.

02

We design and build it

You see the design before it goes anywhere near live. We keep going until it's right, then handle domain, hosting, and launch.

03

We keep it working

Optional monthly marketing — search, content, email, and reporting — so the site keeps earning instead of sitting there.

What it costs

No surprises, no menu prices.

We quote every job after we’ve looked at it, because a one-page site for a barber and an online shop with stock control are not the same job. Here’s how it works before you ever see a number.

You get a quote, not a menu price

Every business is different. We look at what you have, what you need, and what it should do — then give you one number before any work starts.

Two parts, and the second is optional

A one-off cost to design and build the site. After that, monthly marketing is optional — plenty of clients take the build and stop there.

No long contracts

The monthly side is month to month. If it stops earning its keep, you stop paying for it. We'd rather keep you because it works.

You own everything

The domain, the site, the content, the photos. All of it is registered in your name. If you ever leave, it leaves with you.

Straight answers

The questions we actually get asked.

How long does it take?

Most small business sites take two to four weeks from the day we have your details and photos. The slow part is usually waiting on content from you, not the building — we'll tell you exactly what we need up front.

Do I have to write the words?

No. Most owners don't want to and shouldn't have to. We'll ask you questions about the business, then write it and send it to you to correct. You know the trade; we know how to put it on a page.

What if I already have a website?

Then the free check is worth even more. Sometimes the honest answer is that yours is fine and needs a few fixes, not a rebuild — we'll say so. If it does need replacing, we'll tell you what's actually wrong with it rather than just saying it looks old.

What if I don't know what I need?

That's normal, and it's what the free check is for. You don't need to arrive with a plan or a spec. Tell us the business and what you wish happened more often, and we'll work out the rest.

Do you only work with local businesses?

No, but it's what we're best at. Trades, shops, salons, cafés, artists — businesses where the site needs to bring in calls, bookings, or orders rather than just exist.

What happens after I send the form?

We look at your business ourselves — not an automated report — and email you back within one business day with what we'd change and why. No call is required, no pitch, and nothing is charged. If you want to go further after that, we'll quote it.
